1. FedE🧜x Beats Es🍒timates, Raises Guidance on Cost Cutting Measures

FedEx (FDX) beat its earnings expectations and raised its 澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果体彩网:full-year guidance after cost controls helped improve the earnings of its FedEx Express division. The package delivery service reported quarterly earnings of $4.55 a share, ahead of analyst forecasts of $3.71 a share, and the company raised its earnings expectations for the 2024 fiscal year to $17 to $18.50 a share, from $16.50 to $18.50. Shares of FedEx rose nearly 5% in pre-market trading.

2. KB Home Shares Fall After Revenue Declines

Shares of KB Home (KBH) fell more than 2% in pre-market trading after the home builder beat earnings estimates and raised its revenue forecast on steady demand, despite reporting declines in 澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果体彩网:quarterly revenue. The company reported quarterly earnings of $1.80 a share, better than the $1.43 a share that analysts were expecting, while its revenue for the quarter declined to $1.59 billion from $1.84 billion in the same period the prior year.

3. Amazon Introduces New Alex𝔉a With Enhanced AI Features

Shares of Amazon (AMZN) fell 0.8% after it introduced a new version of its Alexa voice assistant that aims to better utilize generative 澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果体彩网:artificial intelligence (AI) features that are reportedly similar to 澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果体彩网:OpenAI’s ChatGPT. The device will also integrate the AI features into its smart home controls.
