The  European Union (EU) has reportedly warned X that it may impose fines on the social platform that take into account revenue from 澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果体彩网:Elon Musk’s other businesses, raising the size of a potential penalty.

According to Bloomberg, the EU is considering whether to add sales from SpaceX, Neuralink, xAI and the 澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果体彩网:Boring Company when it calculates the fines to impose on the social network. The European Commission, the EU's enforcement arm, has been probing X for violating the EU's Digital Services Act.

Musk has said t🃏hat the investigations impinge on free speech, the report said.

Tesla (TSLA), which unlike the other companies isn't under Musk's full control, wouldn't be included in the c🌼alculation, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter.

The EU can impose fines of as much as 6% of social media platform’s yearly global revenue if they fail to counter illegal content or disinformation online, according to the EU’s Digital Services Act.
