Unilever Recalls Some Jolly Rancher Popsicles Because They May Contain Milk

Unilever (UL) has recalled about 137,000 cases of single-serve📖 Popsicle Jolly Rancher Frozen Confection Pop products in the U.S. because the products may contain milk. 

The company said Wednesday that milk isn't listed as one of the popsicles' ingredients, putting at risk those who may be allergic or very sensitive to it. Two cases of allergic reactions have been reported.

Unilever said that the only products affected are those marked for individual sale, which are mostly available from "ice cream trucks, concession stands, and grab-and-go freezers throughout the United States." The recall doesn't include t💧he 18-count Pops❀icle Jolly Rancher multipack products that are sold in grocery stores and other retailers.

Consumers Can Seek a Refund

The affected products were sent to wholesale distributors and operators between Feb. 1 and Aug. 15. Affected product and lot codes can be found on the outside ꦜwrapper of the product, according to Unilever. The company added that consumers should contact Unilever for reimbursement with proof of purchase.
